Transparency about how we classify services, review submissions and structure information for humans and AI systems.
What is an AI readable profile?
An AI readable profile is a structured page that explains a service in a format clear enough for both humans and AI systems to interpret correctly. It answers the questions a person or AI assistant would need before recommending a service:
- What does the service do?
- Who is it for?
- What problems does it solve?
- When should it be used?
- When should it not be used?
Each profile is also available in Markdown and JSON formats for machine reading.
How services are classified
Every listed service receives:
- A primary category (for example, AI Automation or Website Build)
- One or more secondary categories
- Connections to business goals (for example, Generate more leads)
- Connections to industries (for example, Hotels or SaaS)
- Tags for quick filtering
- A market scope and pricing model label
Classification is based on publicly available information about what the service actually does, not on marketing claims.
Review status explained
Every profile displays a review status. Here is what each status means:
- Submitted — The service was submitted but has not been deeply reviewed yet.
- Reviewed — The profile was manually reviewed, cleaned and approved for publication.
- Verified — Ownership or official representative data was confirmed directly.
- Featured — VibeToYou editorially highlights this service as a strong example in its category.
- Sponsored — The placement includes a paid component. Sponsored profiles are clearly labeled.
How Markdown and JSON profiles are generated
Each service profile is stored as a structured content file with defined fields. At build time, VibeToYou generates:
- A human readable HTML page at
/s/service-name - A Markdown version at
/s/service-name.md - A JSON data file at
/data/services/service-name.json
These files are all generated from the same source data so they never drift apart.
How featured placements work
Featured profiles are selected editorially based on profile completeness, use case clarity and how well the service represents its category. They are placed prominently in category, goal and industry pages.
If a placement involves payment, it is labeled as Sponsored, not Featured, so that the distinction is always clear to users.
What VibeToYou does not guarantee
VibeToYou does not guarantee that any AI system, search engine or assistant will recommend a listed service. No page format can guarantee citation or recommendation by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI features or any other AI-powered system.
The realistic goal is to make service information clearer, more structured and easier to interpret correctly. This increases the probability that AI systems can understand what a service does, not that they will recommend it.
Content quality standards
VibeToYou does not accept low quality or automatically generated descriptions without review. Each profile should contain:
- Factual, verifiable information
- Clear use case descriptions
- Honest statements about when the service is not the right choice
- No fake reviews, ratings or unverified claims
- No misleading pricing descriptions

If you find factual errors in a service profile, contact us using the information on the About page. We review correction requests and update profiles accordingly.
